Yes. The app can write everything to a single file, and read that file back on another device. The file opens in any text editor, so you can see what is in it.
Yes, and that is the point. Your places, notes, emergency numbers and local phrases are readable offline. Anything that needs the network — opening a map, asking an AI service — says so by opening your browser.
Because the record is of what happened, not of what should have happened. The search works on what was heard, so the same words will take you to the same place again.
